This state of dynamic balance creates the best possible circumstances to deal with the continuous stresses of life, which can be physical, mental, emotional, intellectual or spiritual. When we are in dynamic balance, we can achieve our full potential and live in resonance with our authentic self and the world around us. This is true wellbeing.
